1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Meadowlark Media House LLC ("Meadowlark," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit meadowlarkmediahouse.com, send us an inquiry, use our content brief builder, apply to join our creator roster, or work with us as a client. We are based in Los Angeles, California.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Brand and client inquiries: name, email, company, website, industry, content needs, timeline, budget range and your message.
- Content brief builder: the brand, audience, product and campaign goals you type in, and the brief that is generated.
- Creator applications: name, email, phone, city and state, social media handles, follower details, rates, sample photos and videos you upload, and anything else you include.
- Client projects: brand guidelines, product details, creative assets, feedback and billing contact details.
- Emails and calls: anything you share when you contact us directly or book a call.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page. Our hosting and security providers collect this to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments are handled by our invoicing and payment providers under their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire us for.
- To generate a content brief when you use the brief builder.
- To review creator applications and contact creators about paid work.
- To send invoices, project updates and service messages.
- To send occasional marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. AI Content Brief Builder
When you use the brief builder, the text you enter is sent to an AI model provider through our backend to generate your brief. We ask the provider not to store your input for training. The brief is shown in your browser, and it is only sent to us if you choose to include it with an inquiry.
Please do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information about other people into the brief builder.
6. Embedded Content and Third-Party Links
Some pages show YouTube videos and link to scheduling tools and social media sites. When you play an embedded video or open a third-party site, that company may collect data under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.
8. How Long We Keep Information
- Inquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Creator applications and uploaded samples: up to 24 months, or sooner if you ask us to remove them.
- Client project records and invoices: for the length of the relationship plus up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
- Brief builder input: not stored by us unless you include the brief with an inquiry.
9. Data Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and private file storage with time-limited links to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and receive a copy.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 2: identifiers, contact details, professional information, audio and visual content (creator samples), and internet activity. We have disclosed them only to the service providers and parties described in Section 5, for business purposes.
11. Children
This website and our creator roster are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Visitors Outside the United States
We are based in the United States and store information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last Updated" date. If changes are significant, we will give more prominent notice.
